The Purple Parade: SNIL Contingent March

Beyond Labels 2026_Adaptations

About The Event

This October, the Singapore Network for Inclusive Learning (SNIL) invites the Newcastle Australia Institute of Higher Education community to come together in support of inclusion through two meaningful events: Beyond Labels and The Purple Parade.

Returning for SNIL for the third year, these events offer different ways to hear lived experiences, connect with the community and champion a more inclusive society.

The Purple Parade is Singapore’s movement to support inclusion and celebrate the abilities of persons with disabilities. Students, alumni, family members and friends are invited to join the SNIL contingent and walk together in support of inclusion.

We look forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones this October.

*3PM – 7PM refers to the overall Purple Parade timing. Specific reporting and meeting details will be shared with registered participants separately.

Registration is required to join the SNIL contingent march.
