Biography

Dongyue (Tracy) received her PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 2021. Before she joined the University of Newcastle, Singapore campus in May 2022 as a Lecturer in Accounting, she worked as a sessional academic with Newcastle Business School since 2020 during her PhD candidature. During her time in UON, Singapore, she is the program coordinator for the Bachelor of Commerce. She also serves as a member of the Industry Advisor Board for the Business Discipline. Her primary research interests include corporate governance, executive compensation, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). She is a member of AFAANZ (Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand).
