About the Course
Singapore seniors aged 65 and above lost an average of SGD 37,053 per victim in 2025 — the highest among all age groups. AI-powered scams are becoming more sophisticated every day: deepfake video calls, voice-cloned phone calls, and malware disguised as senior activity apps. Yet most seniors have never received practical, hands-on guidance on how to protect themselves.
This 3-hour workshop by 59stventures and NAIHE is designed specifically for seniors. It is not a generic IT class. It combines:
- Real Singapore scam case studies from 2025–2026
- Practical AI tools you can use immediately
- Legal rights explained by a practicing senior lawyer
- Hands-on exercises on your own smartphone
- A NAIHE Certificate of Participation
- Light dinner and networking with peers
Who Should Attend
- Singapore Seniors Aged 60–80
- Seniors Recently Exposed to Scam Incidents
- Active Community-Dwelling Seniors
- Family Caregivers of Seniors
- Pre-Retirees (Age 50-64)
