Biography

Dr Dr. Kevin Cheong is a lecturer in Business since 2019. He teaches various business courses at the University of Newcastle (Australia), Singapore, including Strategic Marketing Management, Corporate Governance and Digital Transformation. His doctoral research investigated the impact of organisational structures and psychological empowerment on employee and guest (customer) satisfaction. Prior to teaching, Dr. Kevin has spent over 20 years in tourism and destination development both in senior leadership positions and as a consultant, across the Asia Pacific region.
