Biography

Dr Xianmei Wu earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Washington State University and currently is a Lecturer in Business at the University of Newcastle, Australia. Her research primarily investigates consumer behavior and services marketing to develop solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Her recent work has focused on the integration of technology in marketing, exploring how technology can drive more effective and customer-centric marketing practices.
