Program Overview

The Master of Business Psychology is designed for graduates from a variety of disciplines seeking to advance their leadership and management skills from a psychological perspective to enhance performance and wellbeing in the corporate business sector. Graduates will develop an advanced understanding of human behaviour and how this can be applied to manage workplace relationships, as well as specialised skills in applied psychology and organisational behaviour in the workplace.

What You Will Study

To complete the program, students must pass modules totalling 160 units.
Consisting of 80 units of core modules, 60 units of compulsory and directed modules and 20 units of directed modules. Each module is 10 units unless stated otherwise.

Entry Requirements

Minimum Academic Level

  • Graduate Diploma;

    or
  • Graduate Certificate;

    or
  • Bachelor Honours Degree;

    or
  • Bachelor’s Degree;

    or
  • Completion of UON’s Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology

(Students who apply with a Graduate Diploma/Graduate Certificate/Bachelor Honours Degree/Bachelor degree in the discipline of Psychology will be eligible for exemptions)

Minimum Language Proficiency

Applicants for this program must satisfy a minimum English Language Proficiency Standard equivalent to an IELTS overall minimum of 6.5 with no subtest result below 6.0.

Fees are subjected to prevailing Goods and Service Tax (GST) and are payable on a modular basis before commencement of Trimester. The fees include all course materials but exclude textbooks (if applicable). Refer here for other miscellaneous fees.
