Drawing on his wealth of expertise in strategy, risk management and cultural change, Kyle emphasised that it is imperative for businesses to adopt the right growth strategies in order to not only survive but thrive amid disruption. His insights were grounded in the belief that change, rather than being a force to resist, should be embraced as an opportunity to drive innovation and identify untapped possibilities. He also highlighted that as the incoming younger generation known for valuing diversity and equity enters the workforce, businesses must not remain wedded to traditional practices alone.

Deriving at the right strategy can be challenging, and it takes time. Kyle shared that business leaders can tap on their network to gain the necessary knowledge, and it is critical to find a purpose that resonates both internally and externally.

As the event drew to a close, attendees left with practical insights into how to embrace change and executing the right strategy required to navigate the dynamic business landscape of today and tomorrow.
